How does the subscription work?
Build your box, pick a schedule (every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks) and it ships automatically. Before each delivery you can swap loaves, add or remove extras, skip, pause or cancel from your account, no fees, no phone calls. Subscribers save $20 on every box and 20% on every add-on.
Can I buy a box one time?
Yes — choose "One-time" in step 4 and pay full price. Most people subscribe, since it's $20 off every box and you can cancel after your first box.
How does frozen bread arrive tasting fresh?
Your box ships frozen in an insulated carton. Each loaf was frozen within hours of the bake, which stops the staling clock where most bread's begins. Thaw on the counter, or give it 14–16 minutes in a 425°F oven and it eats like it came out of the oven this morning.
Do I need to bake them?
No. All six loaves arrive fully baked. But bread out of a hot oven beats bread at room temp, so we recommend warming. Heat your oven to 425°F, put the loaf straight on the middle rack, and bake 14–16 minutes from frozen. Rest 20 minutes before slicing. Or thaw on the counter and skip the oven entirely, your call.
What if a loaf arrives thawed?
That's normal, and the bread is perfectly good. Freezing is how we protect flavor and texture in transit — it isn't what keeps the bread safe. Eat it within a day or two, or move it straight to your own freezer. If anything arrives damaged or in poor condition, email hello@breadwrightbox.com within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you — no return needed.
Do the loaves contain allergens?
All six loaves contain wheat. The Seeded Sourdough and Multigrain Pullman contain sesame. The Cranberry Pecan contains pecans (tree nuts). All six are made in a facility that may process dairy, eggs, tree nuts and sesame. Full ingredient lists are printed on every loaf label and shown on each loaf card above.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the continental U.S., free. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes or internationally yet — frozen transit to those destinations is longer than our packaging is built for.
