Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
At Breadwright, every loaf is baked fresh. Because our breads are perishable, we're unable to accept physical returns. That said, we stand behind everything we bake — if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or otherwise not as it should be, contact us at hello@breadwrightbox.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Pantry items
Pantry goods such as olive oil and cultured butter are covered by the same policy. We don't accept physical returns, but we will refund or replace any pantry item that arrives damaged or defective.
Late or missing deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us and we'll track it down. If a shipment is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Subscriptions
For details on skipping, pausing, or cancelling The Breadwright Founder's Box, see our Cancellation Policy. Individual subscription shipments that arrive damaged or spoiled are covered by this policy.
