Where we ship

Breadwright ships within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally — frozen transit times to those destinations are longer than our packaging is built to handle.

We can’t ship to P.O. boxes. Every order needs a street address.

How your bread ships

Your loaves are baked by our partner bakeries and frozen within hours of leaving the oven. They stay frozen in cold storage until they ship, and they travel to you in an insulated box with gel packs and/or dry ice, designed to hold temperature through transit.

Bread is one of the few foods that genuinely doesn’t mind the freezer. Freezing at peak is how we get exceptional bread to your door without a bakery on your corner.

Shipping cost and timing

Free standard shipping on every order and every subscription delivery.

Your order ships within 1–3 business days, and we schedule shipments so your box isn’t sitting in transit over a weekend. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on its way, and a delivery estimate at checkout.

When your box arrives

Bring your box inside as soon as you can.

Some loaves may arrive partially or fully thawed. That’s normal, and the bread is perfectly good — freezing is how we protect flavor and texture in transit, not how we keep it safe.

Every loaf arrives fully baked. None of them need to go in the oven to be done or food-safe. But bread out of a hot oven beats bread at room temp, so we recommend warming. Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and put the loaf straight on the middle rack: whole loaves 15–18 minutes from frozen, Demi Baguettes 10–12 minutes. Rest 15–20 minutes before slicing. Or thaw on the counter and skip the oven entirely, your call.

Keep anything you aren’t eating in the next day or two in the freezer, where it’ll keep beautifully until you want it. Warming and storage instructions are printed on every loaf label.

Weather holds

Occasionally we’ll delay a shipment by a day or two during extreme heat or a major storm rather than send a box we don’t think will arrive in good shape. If that affects your order, we’ll email you.

Subscription deliveries

Subscription boxes ship on the schedule you choose, with tracking for every shipment. You can skip, reschedule, pause, or cancel anytime from your account — no fees. Your account page shows the cutoff for each upcoming delivery.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address after they’ve shipped, though we’ll always try to help.

If something goes wrong

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives in poor condition, email hello@breadwrightbox.com within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo if you have one. We’ll replace it or refund you — no return needed.
