Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Welcome to Breadwright. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of breadwrightbox.com and your purchase of our products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our products
We sell fresh-baked breads, pantry goods, and subscription boxes. Our breads are perishable, handmade products — slight variations in appearance are natural and part of what makes them ours. Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from what you receive.
Orders and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, when a product is unavailable or an address is undeliverable — and will refund you in full if we do. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Subscriptions
The Breadwright Founder's Box is a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@breadwrightbox.com; changes take effect if made before your next billing date. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines and options are described in our Shipping Policy. Because our products are perishable, returns are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Allergens and food safety
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, nuts, seeds, dairy, and other allergens. If you have a food allergy, please review product descriptions and contact us before ordering. Consume or freeze fresh bread promptly after delivery.
Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please keep your contact and shipping information up to date.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including our name, logo, photographs, and text — belongs to Breadwright and may not be used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breadwright's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
