A living levain
Our sourdoughs rise on a natural starter and ferment slowly. That is where the blistered crust and the open crumb come from.
A short ingredient list
Flour, water, salt. No preservatives, no dough conditioners, nothing added to survive a shelf.
Frozen, not preserved
We freeze the loaves the day they are baked. That is the only preservative involved.

Country Sourdough
Living natural levain, long fermentation. Blistered crust, open airy crumb.
Seeded Sourdough
Flax, sesame, sunflower, poppy and a hint of caraway, soaked and mixed in. Ships pre-sliced as a half loaf.
Multigrain Pullman
Whole wheat topped with rolled oats, mixed with flax, sesame, sunflower and honey. High in fiber.
Pane Francese
Salt, water, flour and 36 hours. Between a baguette and a ciabatta. Best torn and dipped in olive oil.
Demi Baguette, 2-pack
Slow-fermented for a white, airy crumb and a deep golden crust. Two to a pack.
Cranberry Pecan
Dried cranberries and pecans crushed through the dough so the flavor lands in every bite.
