Our sourdoughs rise on a natural starter and ferment slowly. That slow rise makes the bread easier to digest — and it's where the open crumb and blistered crust come from.
A short ingredient list
Flour, water, salt. No preservatives, no dough conditioners, nothing added to survive a shelf.
Frozen, not preserved
Cold is a preservative that isn't an ingredient. It waits in your freezer as long as you need.

Living levain, whole grain flour, long fermentation. Blistered crust, open crumb.

Flax, sesame, sunflower, poppy and caraway. Arrives pre-sliced.

Whole wheat with rolled oats, seeds and honey. High on fiber, your health bread.
Pane Francese
Flour, water, salt and 36 hours. Best torn and dipped in olive oil.
